Delete account
You can delete your Ondira account at any time directly in the app. This page explains the steps and what data is removed.
How to delete your account
- Open the Ondira app and sign in.
- Go to Settings.
- Tap "Delete account" and confirm the prompt.
Can't access the app anymore?
Email us at support@diehmension.ch — we will delete your account and associated data even without app access.
What data is deleted
When you delete your account, we delete or anonymise your account data, check-in rules, and saved contacts within a reasonable period. Check-in history is only ever kept for 14 days regardless. Billing-related records may be retained longer where required by law (e.g. accounting).
Subscriptions
Deleting your account does not automatically cancel an existing subscription. Please cancel any active subscription directly through the platform you subscribed on:
